Dubai: Countdown begins for Kevin Misquith Live in Concert - Artistes arrive

Dubai, Nov 1: The stage is all set for the first ever live in concert of Kevin Misquith in Dubai. As the countdown begins for the melodious evening, all the artistes have arrived in Dubai for the show.

Konkani music lovers can join and enjoy all the amazing and melodious songs of Kevin Misquith in the live in concert to be held at Emirates Theatre on November 4 at 5:30 pm.

The concert has plenty to offer with an amazing chorus of singers, band, comedians, dances and a DJ for an action packed performance.



Kevin Misquith, one of the lead singers in Konkan region is all set to rock the concert with his musical and lyrical compositions. The GVOM - finalist from Dubai Sabitha Mathias, Miss Daijiworld fame Jessica Fernandes, the singing couple - Donny and Asha Correa, along with Joseph Mathias and Melwyn D'Souza, will be seen performing alongside Kevin. Concert is backed by Band Milestone consisting of rhythm guitarist and co-vocalist Ashwin Sequeira, lead guitarist Clyde Lobo, man on the keys Jackson Noronha, bass guitarist Rikith Soans and drummer Ian Sachin.

The major attraction of the event is the main comedians Melwyn Dalmeida and Richard Sequeira from the famous Memori Group from Mangaluru. Melwyn and Richard are famous as Mellu and Richa, have been together since 17 years. Together they have performed in almost 350 shows including Wilfy Nites, Wilson Olivera Nites, Melwyn Peris Nites, Lorna Nites to name a few. They have played key roles in the recent super hit Konkani movie ‘Ek Aslyar Ek Na’. They have performed in most of the Gulf countries.

The comedians are supported by regional talents Ramcy Fernandes, Helvin D'Souza and Laveena Fernandes. The audience shall look forward for rib-tickling jokes and one-liners.

Feetbeat dance group, choreographed by Arun Lobo will be another highlight of the evening. Arun Lobo, one of the ace choreographers in Dubai, has performed in various shows. Feet beat has young and talented dancers who have performed and won several accolades.

Vernon D'Souza and Sheldon Crasta will be masters of ceremony in the concert. Sheldon Crasta has served as President of ICYM Mangaluru diocese. He has also compered for Adkulo Re Budkulo and Hasyancho Paavs for Daijiworld TV. Vernon D'Souza served as a secretary of Nach Sobhann and has been a PRO for Mandd Sobhann. Vernon has compered in India and abroad.
