Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (SP)

Udupi, Nov 5: The district and sessions court here, where Rajeshwari Shetty, first accused in the murder of NRI entrepreneur, Bhaskar Shetty case, has moved bail application, adjourned the hearing into her petition to November 9.

This petition had been adjourned earlier too. As special public prosecutor in the case, Shantarm Shetty, sought time, judge of the court, Shivashankar Amarannavar, posted the petition for hearing to November 9.

Bhaskar Shetty, NRI entrepreneur having business interests in the city and Saudi Arabia, had been murdered on July 28 purportedly over his decision to bequeath all his properties to his mother . His wife, Rajeshwari Shetty, son, Navaneet Shetty, and astrologer, Niranjan Bhat Nandalike, have been named as prime accused in the case. All of them are in judicial custody at present.

Wonder the role money played here. Wife to murder husband, son to kill his own father! what's the use of such money where there is no love and peace ? I have a feeling, both might have realized their sin now.

Send them to unknown place like what they did to Bhasker Shetty. Dont grant Rajeshwari bail. She should suffer throughout life.

I think, India should scrap anticipatory bails, Bails and anything that is related to release of accused in any case until final judgement is given.....
This is a big loophole for all criminals and the likes to get out and do what they want, as the next hearings will be dragged on for years together allowing them to enjoy their life to the full.

If such law is enacted Politician will be the first one to oppose it...!!!
See what happened recently - so many political leaders got clean chit after dragging the cases allowing them to weaken the minds of "whoever" they are and get out of their troubles.

    Just a thought....
