At that budding or prime age most of the teens are in world of excitement. As you said things sometimes done out of curiosity than intentional. I too have had passed through such glorious, lovely days. Now only the sweet memories. Passing of times all of us become and act with maturity.
That is our weakness & our strength too.

Thats right Mr Flavian. I crossed that age and I have seen girl/boys in that age may be flirting/spoilt thats the age... once reaching matured age then grow mentally where they can identify their faults..... we cant help if people are busy blaming girl....things change as they grow for 100% sure.... a good child can be spoilt or a corrupted child can be turned to be best one....

Girl might be fancy world of love which seems to be just colourful... its just age defect we cannot blame girl every boy/girl at this age take different route may be due to friend circle... but the adult who is 30yrs should be punished because he is not immature he took advantage of girl.... every time we cant blame girl this is just college days once girls grow 20's they will identify right & wrong...

Being minor and a college student, does not mean that she is ignorant or innocent. Free gifts and treats had some magical powers.

    Shankar,
If he is from same community?
That girl may be minor but she is a college student and thing did not crop up on the spot. It was prolonged courtship offering gifts, promises of Love etc. Why the girl accepted all such gifts and travelled along with him. Abduction comes last. Attraction first.
Even the girl needs to be punished for her over indulgence knowingly. She is not an elementary student to be abducted.

    @ Shankar,
Hope your premature reaction/response don't change once the name of the accused is known.
We are living in a country where the law of the land is still working & in force.

Kids during adolescence are very undulant. I hate them extremely who take advantage of this situation and abuse children.
After eighteen, i do not mind if you say let the law take its course.

    @ Shankar,

My point is Hindustan is still governed by laws based on Constitution, the intolerant words from you as response prompt me to say that Taliban culture is not prevalent so far in Hindustan, unless you are empowered to feel so probably since May' 201....?(though i don't feel so).

If gal won't smile regularly..person never fall deep into love so easily.
Age for gal 13 to 20 is risky factor. Parents should act like friend with them and should advise regularly.
For boys age 15 to 21 is risky..where in even i spoiled. On that time we became aggresive and not bothered about others.
