The day, rife with fun and pleasure, involved a variety of games and spot prizes for the various age groups. Recreational activities for children and adults were organised by the cultural secretary Robert Mathias and auditor Anil Menezes, the hosts of the day.

There was an interval for beach activities on the shore for enthusiastic adults and children.

The event coincided with the birthday celebrations of Delma Lobo daughter of Doris Lobo, general secretary of SWAK and Sanjay Mendonca SWAK member, who provided the cake that was served around.
