Kundapur: Man found hanging mysteriously, murder suspected

Kundapur, Nov 11: The dead body of a man was found hanging at Mekke near Jadkal in Kollur on the morning of Friday November 11. Local people have expressed suspicions regarding the death.

The deceased person is identified as Bhaskar Poojary (40) from Mekke.

As per details, Bhaskar’s wife had deserted him some years back to live with another man. Bhaskar was looking after their daughter.

Bhaskar Poojary was friendly with everybody and was running a shop nearby.

Bhaskar’s dead body was found hanging from a wooden beam in front of his shop. His one leg looked like it was lifted up and the body was covered in mud. Therefore, local people suspect that some miscreants have killed him and hanged his body.

A death note was found in his shirt pocket stating that he is responsible for his death. However villagers have said that he does not know how to write.
A police case of unnatural death stands registered in Kollur police station.

    It seems to be a murder when one think how many mistakes the murderer made.First ,when the Body was covered with mud,second leg was lifted up,major failure was the death note.when he is illiterate,he cant be overnight wrote death note.whatever the cause is ,suecide or murder,one Thing is sure,they /he made his daughter ,miner Girl,a orphan.Motherless child now become fatherless.what a tragody.can These People live with this thought sleep well?and live?sad.Nowadays for Money ,land do even murder.May his Soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathy to the daughter.Hope she will not take it too much in mind and fall sick.
