Tulu Koota’ blood donation camp witnesses enthusiastic participation

Doha, Nov 11: Tulu Koota Qatar, a socio-cultural organization of members hailing from coastal Karnataka organized its 16th annual blood donation campaign at Hamad Medical Corporation, Blood Donor's unit on Friday, November 11.

Around 100 members participated in the campaign which is one of the most looked-forward events being organized by the Koota for a noble cause.

Dr Sushanth Shettey Consultant Dermatology & Medical Director of Premium Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical Center Qatar highlighted the importance of blood donation.

Earlier Koota president Ravi Shetty welcomed the gathering, and thanked the donors and the well-wishers unexpectedly turned to be in huge numbers which started from 8 mornings and ended up at 11AM . Around 100 people joined the noble cause which was a unique show organized by Tulu Koota Qatar.Also Remembered Missing the presence of Bunts Qatar President Late PraksahChandra Ajilla.

Highlight of the Event was Surthkal MLA Mohideen Bava who is in Qatar to grace the KMCA Karnataka Rajostava event which is held on 11.11.2016. Also addressed the gathering and focused on the objectives of donating blood, as also the benefits to both the donor and the beneficiary.

More than 50 members were successful in donating the blood in today’s blood donation drive after the routine checkups.
General Secretary of Tulukoota Qatar Vijay Rai proposed vote of thanks to all those who have donated blood and also to all those who have supported and worked hard for the success of the event.

I Farid, , Mrs. Milan Arun,  Arun Kumar,  Deepak Shetty,Mannangi,Seetharam Shetty, .Ramachandra Shetty,PrakashRao,Sqibraja,Asmath Alli,Abdul majeed,Ibrahim beary,Prabhakar,Abdula Monu and several prominent community members and association committee members and other dignitaries attended this noble cause.

    congratulations to Tulukoota for successfully organising Blood donation camp- a noble initiative.

    President and committee members deserves appreciation for organising such humanitarian initiative involving hundreds of volunteers. Alex bhai was as usual quick in publishing the article.
