Kasargod: Boy comes in contact with power line, gets electrocuted

Kasargod, Nov 14: A  young boy got electrocuted after he accidentally  came in contact with live wire. The tragedy occurred on Sunday November 13.

The victim has been identified as Muhammed Aflah (9), son of Moidu, living in a rented house at Chattanchal Tekkil in the district.

The boy, a second standard student of upper primary school at Tekkil, was playing in the roof terrace of his house when his hands accidentally came in contact with live wire passing above close to the house. People came rushing there after hearing the loud wails of the boy. They immediately rushed the injured boy to the hospital. However, he could not be saved.

    Oh No, how careless our Electricity dept, a power line easily reaches to the hands of a small boy, a very painful incident.
