Mangaluru: Modi shed tears for rich, he should cancel demonetisation-Poojary

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (JS)

Mangaluru, Nov 15: Former union minister and senior Congress leader B Janardhan Poojary demanded that prime minister should cancel the decision of demonetisation of currency in the interest of poor, farmers, daily labourers and other weaker section of the society.

Tears for rich

Addressing media persons here at press club on November 15, Poojary said "Union government's demonetisation scheme has resulted in a big scam. Poor, farmers, labourers, students and people of other weaker sections of the society are in queue at banks in order to exchange the notes. Prime ministers shed tears during his speech. Whom did he shed tears for? Was it for capitalists of this country like Adani, Ambani, Tata and Birla or for the poor people? Prime minister needs to answer the people of this nation."

Income Tax Act

"The prime minister shed tears for his industrialist friends. Does not he know that there is income tax act in this country? Section 276 (A) and section 276 (B) clearly state that the government can send people with black money to jail. How many people have they sent to jail? Narendra Modi, being a Prime minister and Arun Jaitley as finance minister, do not have simple knowledge of these acts. But now both of them have bought the country into economic emergency-like situation." Poojary added.

Modi and BJP

“The opposition parties are gearing up and conducting meetings. Does the prime minister think he can run winter session of parliament? With this foolish decision, prime minister is wiping out the BJP. It is not him who has built BJP party. It is the thousands of party workers who have built it. When prime minister held surgical strikes against Pakistan, I appreciated it. But today with this decision of demonetisation, he will finish his party." Poojary said.

“The prime minister should cancel his decision and end the confusion. Even now I stand by my previous statement that the move was good but the way it was implemented was a complete failure." he opined.

Tanveer Sait episode

Speaking on Tanveer Sait’s porngate episode, Poojary said "If Tanveer Sait does not resign, then it is the end of his and chief minister's political carrier."

    vasu,
Such things can take place in Western or any other country where the populous is well educated and keep pace with modern technology. In India 70% of the population is in villages or backward class. They still follow 1000s of year old faith and beliefs in black magic and human sacrifices to appease the Evils and you expect India/ns to be at par with Western or American standards.

Whole nation knows this. Only this , acceptance openly is the problem. Just because of politics, parties... I see one sector is scribing. Or else whole world appreciating Modi's step and few calling out as India is growing as super faster to become world leader economically under Modi's leadership and steps taken by Modi. Only with in India we are crying with no reasons. Any ways crying sector is different, not the common public definitely, it's evident.

I always appreciate Poojary's comments. Because he comments irrespective if it's pleasing his party people, Siddu, Giddu and all. But unfortunately this time I am not accepting your words Jannanna. Being a common man, I am very much happy to see so much black money coming out. That definitely means at least some percentage of people are in trouble. It's a major gift Modi gave to the country. Let's not debate on this and waste our time. It's almost settled problem for a common man. things are back on track almost... with in few days we will be completely good. only black money holders will still be struggling...

So Mr .Poojary pl shut ur mouth and dont spread wrong news.
The Congress themselves involved in corruption , so they didnt do bold move like this .
So when a TRUE LEADER like MODI has done a good deed , either support it just shut ur mouth.
