Udupi: Bhaskar murder- Non-bailable warrant issued against 2 accused

Udupi, Nov 16: The trial court here on Wednesday November 16, issued non-bailable warrant against two accused in the Bhaskar Shetty murder case.

Srinivasa Bhat and Raghavendra are the accused persons against whom the warrant has been issued.

All the 5 accused were supposed to appear in court today. Only three accused namely Rajeshwari, Navaneet and Niranjan appeared in court while Srinivasa and Raghavendra failed to appear.

The court extended the judicial custody of first three accused till November 30 while it issued the non-bailable warrant against the accused who did not appear. Srinivasa and Raghavendra are presently out on bail.

Meanwhile the bail application moved by Rajeshwari could not be heard today as Shivashankar Amarannavar the judge of court has been transferred. The court will hear the bail application on November 23.

    this case will keep on grinding and milling and at last they will be released/cleared off from all their criminal charges and will be let free by corrupt officials and bribers. No more interest to know what is happening anyway!

    Suggest Daijiworld to stop telecasting progress reports till some substantial verdict is announced. No one interested to see people taken to court or police station frequently. for a better India and advanced Media.

    So the Play beginns from start.Because judge is transfered,case cant be forwarded?No other judges or some Show fact or delay ?I find Srinivas Bhat,or his son with Driver are simply opfers in this dirty Play.
