Congratulations MCCP for putting up a wonderful entertainment show, well organized. Hard work by Team 25 with the leadership of Dilip paid off the dividend for Konkani music lovers to witness this beautiful musical event.
Kudos to Kevin Misquith for his lovely performance with his melodious voice and setting up the sequence of songs to keep the crowd drawn towards the show till the end. His tribute session to Konkani legendary singers was superb. Morvine delivered numbers beautifully with his powerful voice really rocked the stage, who is very familiar to the crowd of Muscat. Asha and Dony Correa along with local singers added beauty to the musical party. Milestone band was fantastic. Wonderful compering by Dony along with befitting dances and jokes made the whole show complete entertaining.
Hats off to Kevin Misquith, a contemporary Konkani singer and composer. With his style he is attracting the younger generation, has been successful to carry the taste of the Konkani culture and music to the next generation. Having his first album released at the age of 17 and completing 40 musical nites at just below 30 is a great achievement. We wish him success in his future endeavours.
