I have seen even child/adult/infant getting angry when their mother is insulted. This man MFH insulted Bharath Mata painting her nude and this NDTV tells him to give 'Bharath Rathna' award.

My blood boils. I am sure many other's too! Saying that it is BJP/RSS is just pushing true patriotic people to BJP fold! Also remember that you are indirectly saying only BJP/RSS is capable of protesting when Mother India ia insulted. If I had seen even token non-violent protest from Muslims for MF, I would have said what attacking was wrong!!

I agree that ransacking NDTV is not legal. But you agree or not it was not immoral. A person who paints Bharat Mata in nude in the name of 'artistic freedom' is recommeded for 'Bharath Rathna'. I ask those people who are condemning the attack - If your mother is painted nude does not outrage you? And then one of your brothers in your family propses to use your mother's money to honor the same artist in the same mothers name - does not outrage you? And the last question: why is that evrytime there is an instance that can be considered patriotic, people think that it is RSS or BJP? Does it mean Congress Blood or Christian (Not to speak of Muslim) blood boil when Bhrath Mata is insulted?

And I want to ask my Muslim friends here, if some one recommends any Indian Award, won't your blood boil and won't you attack th recommender in any way? I know many people are trying to give 'politically correct' to show that they are great soul. I will say those souls are great who get outraged when their mother is insulted in any way. They will attack the Bully if they are true Sons no matter what the law says.

But of course, they will and should be punished by law as law has a purpose and law need not consider if the act wa moral or not. Those sons who are punished by law should proudly accept the punishment. In this case they should go to Jail proudly!!

It's the right thing to do against the media. Media creating chaos nowaydays only by considering issues like this to gain the publicity. You can see a lot of incidents against media nowaydays , Because of the biased media towards one section, So it's the right thing to do by people itself not by court or by police. Media should be restricted on such issues.

Attack on NDTV office should be condemned. Can anybody tell in what perspective MF Hussain is contender for bharath ratna??? Is it not the cheap publicity of NDTV to come in headlines? 'A spark ingnbored burns the house'. In the name of freedom, one should not misuse it. Whether it is Sangh Parivar or Media. No wonder some day if some one proposes Mohammed Afzal for Bharat Ratna for cheap publicity

Some years back the so called educated intelligensia used to comment that Goonda Raj is prevailing in the state of Bihar just because Lalu/Rabri were in power.But now Gujarat has earned that dubious distinction and can rightly be labelled as a State with goonda raj instead of Ram Raj of Gandhiji's dreams ever since Narendra Modi became Chief Minister.

There is no rule of law.It is only fake encounters,organised riots ,state sponsored terrorism .A state known for peace, serenity and Gandhian values has been transformed into a barbaric territory which is even more dreadful than Afghanistan under Taliban.

It appears that the TV channel needed publicity by raising controversial issues and it has succeeded. It is said "Paani me rahkar magarmarch se bair"! First of all Bharath Rathna award was not a TV programme like Nach Baliye to be voted on SMS.

Already the politicians like Advani and Mayavathi have made it a street side issue. The TV channel added another dimension by adding controversial names like that of M.F.Hussain which can not be an accidental omission but a conscious effort to say " Thenga - Thenga! Now it will conduct a SMS campaign or a live debate on the attack on its office and the show will go on...Let us enjoy it.
