Bengaluru: Demonetisation decision was taken at RSS office, not at RBI- Prof Ravivarma

Daijiworld Media Network-Bengaluru (RJP)

Bengaluru, Dec 11: “Demonetisation decision was taken at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) office in Nagpur and not at Reserve Bank Of India (RBI). That is why people are facing so much of hardships due to lack of planning while implementing demonetisation,” said former Advocate General Prof Ravivarma Kumar on Saturday, December 10.

He was speaking during ‘Demonetisation and its effects’ debate organized by Lawyers Forum for Social Justice on the occasion of human rights day here.

“Demonetisation without proper consultation and homework is not a good professional economic decision. It has affected the rural population very badly. Only RBI is allowed to print and stop the circulation of notes. RBI should take decision and the government should approve it. This is the rule. But in this case, government has taken a decision and then RBI is asked to approve it. This is totally unconstitutional,” he added.

“If RBI had taken the decision, it would have made arrangements to supply notes as 86% of the total currency was involved. But the union government has attacked the autonomous status of the RBI. Can you take out 86% blood from a person and ask him to live with the rest 14% blood? Rupee is going to lose its value due to this decision,” he opined.

“There are 95,000 cooperative banks in India. Their business is totally affected. ATM means Any Time Money. But now it has become No Time Money (NTM). It is impossible to make the country cashless. 70% of the people still do cash business. Let the government stop other unnecessary expenditure and improve the economy.” Prof Ravivarma concluded.

Before the second world war, Hitler created a nationalistic society by disregarding all democratically run institutions and taking all things in his control. He had a coterie of his own trusted men who gathered in bunkers underground and made decisions for Germany.

A similar pattern is emerging in India where a dictator like person takes all decisions with a advise of few of unprofessional but highly obedient and loyal men who he gathers in his own bunker secretly and comes out of shocking announcements.

Keeping RBI completely in dark of such a big decision is unprecedented in the history of any country except in dictatorial regimes.
There is no doubt that India is in the roller coaster downwards as far as the economy is conderned and this will emerge within the coming few months.

No matter who supports this demagogue, the fact remains that this kind of economic disaster cannot be repaired in the years to come. When all the nations in the world are struggling to keep their economies going, our man ventures out with a blunder of unimaginable consequences.

No matter how much this PM tries to runaway from the problem that he created, it will continue to haunt him and the poor people of India. I am surprised of the inhuman reaction of the middleclass and rich Indians who behave that the plight of poor does not mean anything to them and keep talking about the fake benefits of Demonitization. These I would call the Modi Bakhts who will support him even if he decides to bomb his own people.

Raviverma does not belong to any party. He belongs to humanity. Those who dub him as a Congressman are dumb. The fact is that the government of Modi cannot take a single decision without referring it to Nagpur, the headquarters of the RSS. This is nothing new. Modi has to remain subordinated to the RSS. Otherwise he will be out of office. What Raviverma did not say is that all decisions of the Modi government has approval of RSS. BJP is only the political front of the RSS. The country is run by the ideological front, that is RSS. Have no doubts on it.

What is 'cashless' by the way???

Can farmers, coolies, small vendors, transporters or uneducated people can deal with Credit/Debit cards without anyone's help? If they rely on any 'Cunning' guys for online transaction, definitely there are chances of getting fooled or cheated. Even some crooks will get commission for helping people doing online transaction! Practically, cashless business will be harmful for the poor and uneducated people.

Better don't misguide comon man by saying decision was taken By RSS . Mr Manmohan Singh was PM for 10 years did not take any action on corruption & his tenure was rain of scams.

Please watch these black money holders are being caught while they are exchanging old notes to new notes. They are supported by bank employees to exchange their old notes. If such decision was discussed in

parliament before Demonitisation all black money holders would have exchanged at time of discussion itself.Due to some
corrupt employees in some banks it's

difficult for government to take necessary steps to distribute notes to Bank.

Communal riots & bombs have stopped inside India due to Demonitisation. All things can't be set right within a month ,it needs some time atleast 2-3 months

If we go on digging we will have to start from 1947 ,& think why there are so many poor people in our country & which government or who was responsible to keep them poor. The step Demonitization could even taken by past government to control these black money & stabilise our country. The other thing is Till how long government can provide free food grains for poor people,Even while providing free food we can see manipulations done by middlemen &politicians belonging to all parties .Almost all politicians are waiting for last week of December to their Blackmoney

Hindustan's honorable PM & his party quote/proclaim that one of the prime object of Demonetization is - fight against terrorism...,
...but the reality is that 90% poor, middle class men & women and the down trodden citizens of Hindustan are paying the price day in & day out with just hands to mouth means and a bleak & uncertain future with full of tears.

Without prejudice.., it appears to be ...., terrorists has the final laugh as the people of Hindustan are made to suffer not by them but by the sovereign govt. in other words Hindustan's govt is fighting their cause...,

The patriot citizens of Hindustan probably now realizing the cost of paying the price if the economy is managed by the unelected & unelectible.

Last but not the least.., lots of bank loans are trending toward becoming bad loan..., run on the bank is not ruled out...,

Cashless transaction is not possible unless enough preparation.. What is the prerequisite for that move is education.

In rural areas how many have electric gadgets like ATM Etc. Unorganized sector can't do cashless business because of the lack of proper education and knowledge. How many has smart phones?etc etc ..

RSS failed bring balck money from abroad and to cover up they ventured for domestic step!in the process of demonetization maximum domestic black money were made white. This entire exercise was waste and brought hardship to maximum citizen of India. Our GDP may go down drastically... Cooperative sectors are @ standstill and which is said to be back bone to rural farmers...

With out enough homework and plan demonetization done and unfortunately more or less India looks like LAUGHING STOCK.
