Cricketer Irfan Pathan in Mangaluru, wishes luck to MPL players

Mangaluru, Dec 11: Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan was in the city on Sunday December 11 to launch a team participating in the upcoming Mangalore Premier League (MPL) cricket tournament.

Prior to attending the launch, addressing media persons at Hotel Goldfinch here, Irfan Pathan said that he was happy to see MPL being organized to promote budding talents in the city.

"It feels good to be here in Mangaluru for the launch of MPL team Suratkal Strikers. I wish all the best to the owners, players and the entire team. Let MPL be a platform for budding players of Mangaluru to exhibit their talent."

Owners of the team Hassan Shahid, Zaheer Zakariah and others were present.
