Utilization of Evening Classes of Academic Education has multiple advantages both for the Faculty members as well as for the students so that they can utilize their available time in the evenings for pursuing their teaching as well as learning process. Continuing Education in the evenings in North America is a prominent activity whereby thousands of students earn the benefit of Continuing Education and also earn additional Degrees in many other disciplines.

Also the College premises can be well utilized for additional intellectual benefits and keep the facilities active for the benefit of all. The climate in Mangalore with the exception of the monsoon season is favorable to all concerned, and serves the purpose of everyone who is interested in making best use of their evening time.

If and when we should retire in Mangalore we too shall explore the possibilities of Evening classes that will also enable us to have early dinners so that when the day is over we are tired and ready to go to bed with a mind of peace.

We are very glad that you invited Dr. Manjunath to preside the occasion - an impressive personality who has transformed Sahyadri College as an ideal place of Engineering discipline.
