Mangaluru: Foundation stone laid for 'Churchgate Palace' in Kinnigoli

Mangaluru, Dec 20: The foundation stone for the seventh project of ICARE Builders and Developers, ''Churchgate Palace'', was laid on Monday, December 19. The edifice is located opposite the Kinnigoli church, behind Churchgate Complex, Kinnigoli.

The parish priest of Kinnigoli church, Fr Vincent Monteiro, blessed the premises. Speaking on occasion prayed over the project and said, "May the project be completed at the earliest, and all who live here be blessed."

Speaking on occasion former minister K Amarnath Shetty wished the developer luck, and said, "Ashwin has completed six projects and garnered wide appreciation from his customers. May this project also bring him fame."

One of the managing partners of Churchgate Palace, Ashwin Pereira, welcomed the gathering. The other managing partner Deepak Rodrigues, parish priest of Gantalkatte Jesudas D''Costa, Jayashree Amarnath Shetty, Fr Josly, Br Victor Crasta, editor-in-chief and publisher of Yugapurusha - Bhuvanabhirama Udupa , Philomena Sequeira, Melissa Pereira and others were present at the occasion.
