Mangaluru, Jan 25: The foundation laying ceremony for Marian Sentinel was held at Kadri Temple Cross Road here on Tuesday January 24.
Fr Edwin from St Fidelis Friary, Farangipet, conducted the prayer session on the occasion.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Naveen Cardoza, managing director, Ujwal D'Souza, director O&A, Marian Projects Pvt Ltd.
Architects of the project Madhukar from MR Consultancy along with the staff from Marian, well-wishers and friends were present.
About the project
Marian Sentinel is a project designed with the objective of creating a compact community living. It is convenient location near Mallikatta, Commander George Martis Road, Kadri, provides easy access to Kadri Market, Mangalore International Airport, St Agnes College, St Sebastian Church, City Hospial etc. The residential complex is under Marian's affordable category and caters to the Mangalurean customer's needs of space, light, ventilation and accessibility at a budget.
The complex of 15 units will contain a lower ground floor forming the basement for parking, apartments starting from the upper ground to 4th floor consisting 2BHK spanning from 850 sq ft -1,050 sq ft. The project boasts of amenities like reticulated gas connection, solar powered common area lighting, intercom facility from security cabin to each apartment, terrace area for parties and power back-up to each apartment.
'Sentinel' is the 17th project from the house of Marian and on completion of this project, the company would have delivered 616 residential units since its inception in 2008.
