Message from founder spirtiual director Fr Cyprian Peter D'Souza

"It gives me great joy to know that SMKC Dubai is organizing a grand Wilfy Nite at Udupi. I wish first and foremost all the success for their programme. SMKC Dubai had noble beginning with the motive 'Leadership through Service' and reach out to the poor and needy. When we look back we feel proud that we have achieved this goal to a certain extent and done good to others. It was possible with blessings of the Lord and the intercession of Mother Mary and hard work of the leaders and volunteers and generous contribution of the sponsors, well-wishers and cooperation of the people.

"Noel Mascarenhas and Jennifer Mascarenhas have given their best by leading and guiding the Association. Let this inspire many more people to do good in the society. Thank you and God bless you."

Message from founder president Noel Mascarenhas

"I am delighted along with our honest members to proudly announce that in a span of 16 years, SMKC Dubai has contributed Rs 1.82 crore towards the community welfare projects. During the last 'Grand Konkani Showers 2015' held in Mangaluru on December 6, 2015. SMKC Dubai had contributed Rs 10 lac towards SAME Mission, Tanzania in addition to top up our education and medical trust funds. It is currently the only Association in the Middle East that has come forward to support the Mangaluru diocesan project, under the bishop of Mangaluru, working towards uplifting the downtrodden society in SAME Village of Tanzania especially in the field of education. St Mary’s Konkan Community (SMKC) Dubai is largely indebted to the full support of all the renowned sponsors and well-wishers who help to realize the dreams of the organization to reach out to the poor in India and beyond.

"Mother Mary has always been the model and patron of St Mary’s Konkan Community (SMKC) Dubai, who has blessed each and every member for their dedication, hard work and selfless service. In brief, I would like to quote - "A candle loses nothing if it is used to light another one". We, together as one SMKC family, praise the Lord for allowing us to be an instrument to shower "promising ray of hope and joy to others."
