'Yarri Dostii Shaadi 2' brings weddings from across communities


New Delhi, Feb 11 (IANS): Wedding reality TV show "Yarri Dostii Shaadi" is back with a second season and will cover unique marriage rituals and culturally diverse ways of saying "I do".

The new season, to be aired on NDTV Good Times, will begin on Sunday.

The show, which is from the insider perspective of the couple's best friend, will feature 13 weddings.

Adding shine to the celebrations will be bridal jewellery collections from Tanishq, designer outfits from AZA Fashions and the show's hosts Rudy Singh and Ridhi Dogra.

"The first season of 'Yarri Dostii Shaadi' saw an overwhelming response from our viewers. It has a young and fresh vibe with the one thing that Indians unanimously love, weddings! We hope that this season will only spread more love," Arati Singh, Channel Head, NDTV Good Times, said in a statement.

Excited to work on "Yarri Dostii Shaadi Season 2", Devangi Parekh, Creative Director, Aza Fashions, said: "Our association will be filled with all the masti and grandeur that surrounds a wedding celebration and of course dream-come-true outfits."
