Singer Arko to make his international debut soon

Mumbai, Mar 2 (IANS): Singer and songwriter Arko Pravo Mukherji will release his first international single, titled "Reeva", in April.

"I will be releasing my first international single early next month. It was shot in Los Angeles in December 2016," Mukherjee said in a statement.

Mukherji has signed up with global talent management agency Venus Entertainment -- the firm which manages cricketers Dwayne Bravo and Russell Peters -- for his debut in the international market. Venus Entertainment also manages Ankit Tiwari and Riteish Deshmukh from India in the West.

Mukherji has churned out music for films like "Baar Baar Dekho", "Kapoor and Sons", "Rustom", "Hate Story 2", "Jazbaa" and "Jism 2".

Looking forward to some exciting international collaborations, he said: "Going forward, we are looking to collaborate with a few international singers and my management is already in talks with agents who represent John Legend, Taylor Swift amongst others."

Apart from this, Mukherji has also recorded a song for the remake of American supernatural psychological horror film "Oculus", written, edited and directed by Mike Flanagan. The film is slated to release in December this year.
