Mumbai, Mar 15 (PTI): Alia Bhatt turned 24 today and her father director-producer Mahesh Bhatt says the actress is his real "masterpiece".
The 68-year-old filmmaker took to Twitter to send wishes to his daughter on her special day, along side a childhood photograph of Alia with him.
"Happy birthday princess!!! You are my masterpiece," wrote Bhatt.
Other Bollywood celebs such as Karan Johar, Dia Mirza, Shahid Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput, among others also wished Alia.
"Shine on my sweetheart!!! Happy birthday @aliaa08... your siblings are waiting to see you!!! Love you..." wrote Karan.
"You are phenomenal @aliaa08! Love and respect you. May you continue to break the norm and create a delicious storm. Happy birthday," Dia wrote.
Her "Udta Punjab" co-star, Shahid wrote, "Happy happy birthday my dearest @aliaa08 have an amazing year full of love and happiness."
While Sushant tweeted, "You amaze me every time I watch you on screen. More power to you Rockstar. Have a super birthday!!"
The actress was last seen in film "Badrinath Ki Dulhania" opposite Varun Dhawan which released last week.
