Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Jun 13: Although it has been over a month since investigation was taken up relating to fleecing of a senior doctor from a leading hospital in the city through honeytrap by a gang, in which case the gang was able to extract Rs 14 lac from the doctor, some of the accused are still at large. The doctor, as per his complaint, was trapped through a high tech prostitution racket.

Three of the main accused in the case, Narayana Salian from Someshwar, Muhammed Ranji from Ullal and Sadiq, were arrested after the complaint was filed. Rakesh and his two friends, as well as a lady, all of whom connived together to force the doctor to part with money by threatening to post his nude photographs in the company of the lady in social websites, are yet to be arrested.

Muhammed Ranji and the victim doctor of the racket knew each other very well since many years. Ranji was aware that the doctor was rich and he had certain weakness. To swindle money from the doctor, he drew a plan with the involvement of his friend, Sadiq. Ranji lured the doctor by holding the lady as a bite. He brought the lady to Mallikatte on May 2 this year. After the doctor joined them, all of them started moving in a car. Within a short distance, Narayana Salian and others came in another car, intercepted the doctor's car near Bendore, threatened him to get seated in their car, and took the doctor to Someshwar. There, the doctor was denuded. He was threatened with posting his nude photos in social websites. The doctor then agreed to part with Rs 14 lac he had in his account, which he transferred to the account of the accused. After Ranji came up with fresh demand after a few days, the doctor complained to Kadri police. Police personnel had succeeded in arresting three of the accused almost immediately, while four others have so far succeeded in evading arrest.

Kadri police station inspector, Maruthi Naik, who is the investing officer of the case, says that the department has been putting in lot of efforts to trace the absconding accused in the case. He said that the accused persons have been repeatedly changing their place of stay, as they are aware that they cannot secure bail. He said that the police are trying their best to catch hold of the remaining accused.

These days in the era of internet and social media we have to be very careful of honey traps. What I feel is there are many incidences of honey trapping Only some will come out. Best is to stay away from all woman other than your wife. If anyone is not satisfied with the wife he may go for a holiday in places like Bangkok or at places like Macau where you can get full satisfaction.

Never try to have illegal sex i countries like India where prostitution is not legal. Some gangs do operate whose only aim is money and nothing else. Few incidences like were reported last year in Kerala. Best is to avoid these kind of situations where men can be easily trapped.

These kind of women exist in all societies. In India because sex is a taboo men can be easily blackmailed. I feel its best to stay away from these people. I personally feel best is to be with one wife and just be loyal to her. Why unnecessarily spoil our life and loose money. In this case a respected senior Doctor fell into the honey trap and lost money. Luckily he had the guts to complain to police and the police are after the culprits.

Consensual sex is legal in India, However many bad woman in our society will suddenly claim that the sex was not without consent after having consensual sex and there are gang members who claim as social workers who will make use of this situation and extract money from people. I can imagine what pain a senior respected Doctor had undergone in this whole episode. He not only lost his money but his reputation also got spoiled. While its natural for men to get attracted to opposite sex men must always observe restraint.

Maybe they should follow the principles of Gandhi who said sex is only for procreation and not for recreation, Once we finish having the desired number of children which is two we may observe a kind of Brahmacharya. If we follow this kind of Gandhian philosophy in life life will be good. We should not be greedy in life for anything be it money or sex

The pimp would not have been able to gain so much trust n honey trap the doc unless he had provided secretive professional services earlier!!

This is same like promising n paying high interest, gaining confidence of customers n then defaulting even on principal investment!!

Very few people fall victim to such honey trapes due to well-planned scheme by organized criminal gang members but the lucky ones just walk out freely throwing thousands for sexual pleasure.
Why people point fingers at Priests, Swamis, Doctors, Lawyers etc... Must remember that when we point one finger towards any one rest four direct at self.
