Bagalkot: Meti case victim complains of facing life threat

Bagalkot, Aug 20: The woman victim in the sex CD case involving former state minister H Y Meti complained on Saturday August 20 that she was facing a life threat from the legislator and his supporters.

The victim has written a letter in this regard to the superintendent of police (SP) C B Rishyanth seeking protection.

Speaking to media, she said that she had filed a case of rape and life threat against Meti and a case of abduction, illegal detention and mental harassment against his supporters.

She also said she would reveal the names of the Meti’s supporters during police investigation.

SP, while speaking to media later, said that the complaint will be registered at Navanagar station and investigation will begin immediately.
