Los Angeles, Aug 23 (IANS): Actress Anna Faris is doing fine following her separation from actor Chris Pratt, according to Allison Janney, her co-star in TV show "Mom".

"She just is a trooper. She comes to work with a smile on her face," Janney told eonline.com.

"She's a professional. I love her to death. Her private life she keeps pretty much to herself. She comes to work and gets the job done. She's great. She's got a big smile on her face and she's getting through it," Janney added.

The sitcom has been renewed for a fifth season. It follows a single mother who is trying to restart her life after struggling with addiction and gambling. Faris plays the lead role and Janney portrays her onscreen mother.

Faris called it quits with Pratt after eight years of marriage. They said in a joint statement that they decided to part ways after they "tried hard for a very long time." The couple shares a four-year-old son named Jack.
