It is reported that MLA, Yeddys son was travelling in a car. Usually MLA are not driving the Govt. vehicle. The vehicle is driven by the driver. So the question of arresting MLA Raghavendra doesnt arise at all. Why mis-intepret things.?

If people in the position of power are not made to be accountable, then injustice will continue to be the order of the day in the society, it does not matter Yeddyurappa's son should take the ownership of the accident and should also be blamed. We all make mistakes; own them and learn from them. Don’t throw away the lesson by blaming others...

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi's use of a puppy analogy while referring to the deaths in his state in the 2002 riots the furore underscored how the riots - in which at least 1,000 people, mostly Muslims, were burned and hacked to death - still cast a long shadow over India.

If “someone else is driving a car and we’re sitting behind, even then if a puppy comes under the wheel, will it be painful or not? Of course it is. If I‘m a chief minister or not, I‘m a human being. If something bad happens anywhere, it is natural to be sad.”

Modi’s comment provoked widespread outrage from political opponents and dominated television news broadcasts. The furore underscored how the riots - in which at least 1,000 people, mostly Muslims, were burned and hacked to death - still cast a long shadow over India.

Then it was BJP MP Hema Malini turned and killed a kid and blamed father of girl who died in accident.
Now it is Yeddyurappa’s son's car runs over pedestrian and kills him.
When cows' are revered day and night, the Human value became negligible.

The meaning of dynasty politics means trying to bring the family member to politics. Like Indira Gandhi to Rajiv Gandhi..... but not Lalu to his family, Yeddy to his family, Shard power to his family, thackeray to their family members, Karunanidhi to his family members..... This is also a politics.

It hardly matters which party is in power. Politicians from the BJP and the Congress are hand in glove with each other. Speeches, bhashans and accusing each other is only for the people from the streets. Come evening, you will find both drinking from the same glass. You don't need rocket science to predict that nothing is going to happen to this MLA. Moreover, since he was not driving the car, the law will not be able to arrest him.
