Dammam, Sep 1: "India Fraternity Forum, has deployed more than 1,200 volunteers from all over Saudi Arabia to serve the Hajjis especially in Arafa and Mina. On the sacred occasion, Dammam IFF team is also set to send 150 volunteers for the service of Hajj pilgrims," said Imthiyaz, IFF eastern province regional president, on August 31, at the farewell programme held here, for the 150 volunteers.

"A special team of volunteers speaking several languages is set up. Dammam IFF volunteers will join with other volunteers, in Mina, to receive pilgrims from Arafat. They will focus to lend help in all aspects as well. Volunteers are mainly Indian workers from various parts of eastern province,” Imthiyaz said.

Imthiyaz in a communique, said, training, awareness, and orientation classes on Hajj service for dedicated volunteers has been successfully completed at Badr Al Rabie Hospital auditorium Dammam. Saleem from Kerala lead the training session.

Moosa Kutty from Kerala, Faisal from Tamilnadu, Atahullah from Karnataka and Nazrul Islam Chowdry Assam for northern states were present at the farewell programme. Moosa kutty explained the proceedings to volunteers during the programme.
