Mangaluru, Sep 2: "District in-charge minister Ramanath Rai is walking in the footsteps of Hitler and is imposing Nazi rule on the district especially to crush Hindu organizations and its members," said Harish Poonja, district president of BJP Yuva Morcha.

Addressing the media persons at district BJP office on Saturday, September 2, he said, “He is always soft on PFI, KFD and SDPI. If BJP comes to power in the next elections, it will investigate Rai’s role in the murders of Hindu organizations members. If he is involved, we believe that our judicial system will punish him."

“We have lost many of our Hindu leaders and members in the past two years. The investigation agencies found the clear involvement of PFI, SDPI and KFD in these murders. These organisations are closely connected to SIMI which is already banned in the country. These organizations are active in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Goa. They are engaged in the murders of Hindus and peace disturbing activities in Karnataka,” he added.

“Many of the arrested belong to PFI. President of PFI Chamarajanagar Khali Ulla, and member of PFI Abdul Shafi Bantwal were involved in the Sharath Madiwala murder case. The police have also found the involvement of PFI in Prashanth Poojary murder case. Demanding a ban on these terror organizations PFI, SDPI and KFD, the BJP Yuva Morcha will organize a bike rally 'Mangaluru Chalo' on September 7. Members from Mysuru, Bengaluru, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga and Hubballi will participate in this programme. Former chief minister Yeddyurappa, MP Pratap Simha and others will address the members at Nehru Maidan,” he concluded.
