Dubai: Jacinta D’Silva awarded PhD by UK Coventry University

Dubai, Sept 8: Jacinta D’Silva, lecturer in business management at Higher College of Technology, Dubai has been awarded PhD degree by the Coventry University, United Kingdom.

Jacinta received the doctorate for her thesis titled ‘Investigating Customer Satisfaction - A model Measuring Service Quality of Low Cost Carriers.’ .

Jacinta wrote her thesis under the guidance of Prof Ian Michael, School of Business, Zayed University, Dubai and Dr Yang Dai, professor of aviation management, aviation department in Coventry University, United Kingdom.

Jacinta hails from Katpadi near Udupi. She is currently residing in Dubai. She was lecturer at S. Agnes Collage, Mangaluru and later at Emirates Aviation University, Dubai before taking up her current position at Higher College of Technology, Dubai.
