Kavya's parents should file a case asking for Rs 10 crore compensation by hiring a good criminal lawyers. It is impossible for the school authorities prove the sequence of events happened before and after death. A good criminal lawyer can bring justice to Kavys's parents. They do not need CBI or SIT.
