Chennai, Sep 11 (IANS): Telugu actress Renu Desai, former wife of actor Pawan Kalyan, will make her television debut as the host of a dance-based reality show, a source said.
The new show will be aired on Star Maa as soon as the first season of Telugu Bigg Boss is over.
"This show will give a twist to the regular dance-based reality shows. In terms of content, audiences will get to see something very new and fresh. Renu is thrilled about the opportunity but the official paperwork is yet to be completed," a source in the know of developments, told IANS.
Renu has starred in three Telugu films, "Badri", "James Pandu" and "Johnny".
She married Pawan Kalyan in 2009. They have a son Akira and a daughter Aadhya.
She had also worked as costume designer in Pawan's films "Gudumba Shankar", "Balu" and "Annavaram".
