Karanth had delivered keynote address at the protest meeting organized under the aegis of Hindu Jagran Vedike at kIlle Maidan here on September 15. Accusing Karanth of making defamatory utterances about the religious affiliation of government official, Abdul Khader, SDPI had held protest meeting in the town.

K Aziz from Kabaka had requested the police to register case against Karanth, accusing the latter of identifying Abdul Khader by the religion to which he belongs, and launching vilification tirade against the officer with the use of derisive words.

The police said that they would conduct investigation of the case and file charge sheet in the court about the findings.

Peace is not available on the shelf of a super market, and all communities should rein in their trouble makers. By only condemning the other side and turning a blind eye when their fellow religionist insult other religions will result in repercussions.

There are both good and bad people in all communities, and it is high time all those provocative speakers in all communities should be boycotted or severely restricted. This is a the first step in making India a fountain of peace.

Vedas are considered the most sacred of all the Hindu scriptures. There are four principal Vedas: Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samveda and Atharvaveda.

The Brahma Sutra of Hinduism is:"Ekam Brahm, dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan"

"There is only one God, not the second; not at all, not at all, not in the least bit."
Thus only a dispassionate study of the Hindu scriptures can help one understand the concept of God in Hinduism.
Hinduism is commonly perceived as a polytheistic religion. Indeed, most Hindus would attest to this, by professing belief in multiple Gods. While some Hindus believe in the existence of three gods, some believe in thousands of gods, and some others in thirty three crore i.e. 330 million Gods. However, learned Hindus, who are well versed in their scriptures, insist that a Hindu should believe in and worship only one God.

Thus the major difference between the Hindu and the Muslim beliefs is the difference of the apostrophe ‘s’. The Hindu says everything is God. The Muslim says everything is God’s.

This is about the belief according to their religions. But in principle the blood flows in our veins have similar colour no matter whichever belief they follow.

Unfortunately those who have not read the Vedas and understood the meaning had taken over as the religious leaders. At the same time spiritual leader who are supposed to be guidance for the new generation seems more interested in politics rather the upliftment of the society.

I strongly believe most of our Hindu brothers subscribe to Hindu Jagarane Vedike views. But unless they don't raise their voice these so called leaders will fill the vacuum to run the religious hatred business. The innocent lives will be lost for their bread and butter.

Shobha and Nalin are there to burn the city if this goon is arrested. Pathetic. Those who listen to these goons are also idiots and good for nothing. Real Hinduism is not the one which is creating rift between religions. These guys need to be taught a lesson. These are sponsored by BJP for political gains.

In other religions those who study religion and religious books become leaders ... However in our religion those goons, who can spread hatred , who can speak bad about other religions become our leaders.
99% of hindu's cant even utter a like of sloka .. The real leaders should atleast use hindu samajotsava to unite all, teach them religion, teach them sloka, ramayanam , mahabharath ...

All our so called leaders only good for teaching hatredness with even the little kids.. Swami Vivekananda said , "Nothing has made more for peace and love than religion; nothing has engendered fiercer hatred than religion"

I think religious education is must for all Hindus so that they wont listen to these goons ... These just wake up few days before election to brain wash weak minded , create tension , send many poor illiterates lower caste to jail and then keep silent until next election.

Let the law teach them good lesson so that they wont repeat this again in life.!
