Mysuru, Nov 14: Three persons died on the spot and a number of others were injured, after a truck hit a Tempo Traveller vehicle in which the victims were travelling, on the night of Monday November 13. The accident happened on the road between Mysuru and Hunsur.
The deceased were Hamid (40), his son, Hakib (18), and brother, Iqbal (34). All of them died on the spot.
15 members of a single family from Thikkottu had left Thokkottu for undertaking tour of Mysuru and surrounding places by a Tempo Traveller vehicle on Monday evening. The jolly tour turned nightmarish within hours thereafter.
