Bengaluru: Actor Prakash Rai targets Yogi Adityanath over Tipu Jayanti remarks

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (RJP)

Bengaluru, Dec 22: Actor Prakash Raj has taken objection to the statements of Adityanath made over Tipu Jayanti.

In a tweet, Prakash Raj says, "Yogiji orders people of Karnataka 'Don’t celebrate Tipu Sultan in the land of Hanuman'. Dear sir, What’s your agenda again..? I am just asking".

Rai has also posted some photos showing BJP functionaries and BS Yeddyurappa celebrating Tipu Jayanti. .

On Thursday, December 21, Yogi Adityanath was in Hubballi for a BJP rally and made a statement on the state government celebrating Tipu Jayanti.

"It's unfortunate that the Congress worships a despotic Muslim ruler like Tipu Sultan than Hindu deity Hanuman, who hailed from Karnataka and served Lord Ram," asserted Adityanath in his address to about one lac people who gathered to mark the second leg of the party's 90-day statewide rally in the run-up to the assembly poll in April 2018.

“The Congress is insulting our rich tradition. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah should have respected the feelings of the people while making statements about beef consumption. With continuous murder and poor law and order situation, 'Rakshak' has become 'Bhakshak' here, and anarchy is prevailing," Yogi had added in his speech.

Yogi was dictating what to eat, now he will tell the people of India, which person must be worshiped.
I pity the gullible people listening to his commandments.

Yogi is the real classical Modi/Amith Shaw dedication at the largest populated State of India. Yogi has made very hurting anti-minority statements, but he was hand picked to be the CM of U.P. See the horrible economic and social outcome there in the coming days. The educated people of the BJP like Varun Gandhi and Menaka Gandhi etc are now outsiders fully.

If Hanuman is from Karnataka then all his Vanara Sena that is Hanuman's soldiers were all from karnataka and they were Kannadiga-monkeys. So, do they mean to say that all kannadigas had tail during Ramayana time ????.

This guy does not have the guts to support Karnataka, when the reporter asked about Kaveri water issue in one of the TV interview. He walked out from the interview shouting at interviewer. Now poking his nose in Karnataka politics for the publicity.

Did reporter called him to give an interview over Cauvery issue? No! He was invited over to discuss about his upcoming movie. Why then the interviewer changed the topic and asked about Cauvery? He did not say he does not want to speak about Cuavery issue but said that he was asked the question at a wrong place and wrong event. Our media people are accosted to this shamelessness of even asking questions at the funerals. And Prakash Raj did a right thing by abstaining to comment on Cauvery when the interview was towards film promotion. Will you answer if the college gives Accountancy question paper when you are prepared and gone to answer History exams?
