Karwar: Youth held for insulting post in Facebook against Ananth Kumar Hegde

Karwar, Dec 29: The police arrested a youth who allegedly made derisive comment about union minister for skill development and entrepreneurship, Ananth Kumar Hegde, in Facebook.

Yasir Sheikh, the accused, was arrested on Thursday December 28.

It is said that Yasir had posted a photo of the minister with abusive words written over it in his Facebook page. Later, he had deleted this post.

An activist named Yogesh Hiremath had complained to Yellapur police about use of insulting words against the minister on behalf of Hindu organizations, based on which this arrest was made.

    Though Hinduism is not a religion but a way of life, we see some big incarnations in Hindu religion now. Like other religions, any founder or prophet in the Hindu religion?

    I don't understand why there is so much criticism on his comments on constitution. Our constitution is not a Veda, Bible or Quran which cannot be changed. If the changes are good for the country it should be done. Anyway Modi Government is on mission to change the country's image. There are lots of thing are going to happen before 2022. Uniform civil code, change in constitution. By 2022 all terrorists, stone throwers, naxalites are going to be killed. Let's hope for the new India by 2022. Mission is already started

    As of now no one can question the Modi government decisions. You know how much seats and states they have won. If their decision was wrong, then why people select them again and again. You mean to say only you are correct and entire country is wrong.

    World knows how they have won elections. It’s courtesy of EVM. and of course Amit shah’s dadagiri. Minoritys are threatened in Gujarat. Mostly poor Muslims are abstained from voting. Despite that congress has improved their tally. Thanks to the people of Gujarat. They have showed courage against all odds. So, keep in mind Congress mukt Bharat is not easy task any more.

    Raju; what ever you have mentioned above is possible only if bjp wins with overall majority in 2019 election, after seeing Gujarat results even after modi,shah, 40 cabinet ministers and all chief minister's of bjp ruled states were camped in gujrat BJP was limited to 2 digits and shah had said he would get nothing less than 150, the results were of Modi's and Shahs home state, and you dreaming of 2022, keep dreaming good for your health.
