Mangaluru, Jan 31: Department of PG studies of Food Science and Technology and B Voc Food Processing and Engineering of St Aloysius College conducted Khadya Sangam 2018, an inter collegiate events and food fest on Tuesday, January 30.
Khadya sangam is an annual mega event of the department celebrated during the months of January-February for the past three years.
It is organized to promote the knowledge of food processing among Science students at UG and PG levels.
