Excellent effort and as a team, going forward there will be improved writings and products.

Please Register Konkani Writers Sangh with your goals and provide bank details where people can fund your planned activities and support good work. If you need help on this part, please let us know.

There are several writers that I personally know in this Sangh and we should support them while they do several sacrifices and try their best with hard work.

At the same time, rival Sangh members do their best to hurt good writers. I have seen personally in last ten years, some of the writers are upset or not able to do a better job due to the peer pressure and insults.

There is a groupism among them which only promotes their own rather than nurture upcoming and new writers. At the same time, there are few that swallow their pride and do a great job no matter by ignoring others.

Times have changed, difficult to sell 10 copies of printed books and few will attend drama, even when it is a free. There are ways to use paid websites to publish new or old books.

There are only handful ten to twelve out of 157 churches in Mangalore diocese interested in hosting a drama. There is lot of work involved and funding for a drama.

We will and should support all Konkani writers, look forward to see better stories.

D'Souza, Herolpius and others. Many more like minded writers should join and support newly formed Konkani Lekhak Sangh.

A very good step indeed of formation of Konkani Writers association. Your efforts should focus on to bringing in and encourage many more Konkani writers from the every nook and corner of Mangalore and Udupi district.

I know many more such writers in Mangalore and around, but they do not feature in this group so far for various reasons. Kindly invite them to the association and make it a strong and successful association so that Konkani Language can flourish through them.
All tthe very best to the new committee..
