May your Soul Rest In Peace ..........dear ....dear Fr. Richard......You were lovingly well known to us as Richhi in the seminary and in the priests' circle.
I cannot forget the most memorable and cherishing 7 years, spent in your brotherhood in St. Paul Seminary, Lucknow and in St. Joseph Seminary, Allahabad. You were a year senior to me in the seminary and in priesthood. You never showed your seniority to us, being with the juniors due to your gentle nature.
I still remember the song 'Mog Tuzo Kitlo Ashelon' , you sang so melodiously , striking the guitar chords during the seminary function in the year 1979. I even cherish your visit to me at Nerul, New Mumbai when I was in bed, recovering from a major surgery.
Fr. Richard I used to always inquire from the Rev. sisters about you and occasionally speak to you and recall the days spent between the years 1975 and 1985.
You have served the Lord and His Church in all your endeavours.
Now you should be proud to say like St. Paul that you have 'run the race and awaiting the reward'
No words to console your dear and near ones, only prayers and wishes: 'God, grant Fr. Richard immortal life in heaven and be merciful to him'
All of us who know you so well, especially your batch mates of different dioceses in the Northern India will miss you a lot.
"O Lord, may your perpetual Light shine upon Fr. Richard and may he Rest In Peace." Amen

    RIP Fr....
Time has come for police to take proper action on these big vehicle riders, who destroy so many families due to their negligence. Does any buses have speed governor installed as per law? If so how they ply in excess of 70kmph?
