UAE, Aug 12: Emirates India Fraternity Forum (EIFF) has announced a campaign titled 'Get Well Soon', covering seven hospitals located within the United Arab Emirates. This campaign is organized as part of the celebrations of India’s 62nd Independence Day on Friday August 15.
Courage and heroism are the thriving spirit of freedom struggles all over the world, which have been passed on over the generations. This indomitable willingness to fight back in life still burns brightly in the hearts of all.
The campaign will revive the message of peace through relief and consolation by meeting patients and distributing fruits and flowers to them along with 'Get Well Soon' greeting cards. The proposed campaign will feature EIFF volunteers visiting 300 in-patients at an average of 50 patients in each of the seven hospitals across the UAE.
EIFF had conducted a similar successful campaign last year covering Dubai Hospital, which got a commending response from both the patients as well as the hospital authorities.
Get Well Soon campaign is organized by EIFF, which is involved in various social initiatives like blood donation programmes, educating poor children in India, working as volunteers for relief, visiting patients, promoting goodwill in the society, addressing key social issues, etc.
