Mangalore: Capman Media to Present 'Beary Nasihath Majlis' on Aug 22

Mangalore, Aug 18: The Capman Media Makers will organize 'Beary Nasihath Majlis' a Beary cultural entertainment programme on Friday August 22 at Town Hall here at 4.30 pm.

Abdul Rauf Puthige, founder president of Talent Research Foundation will inaugurate the cultural evening. The programme also consists of book release 'Kotthippu' authored by renowned Beary poet, singer Basheer Ahmad Keenya.

Dr M Mohan Alva, president of Alva's Foundation, Moodbidri will inaugurate programme which will be presided by Bantwal MLA B Ramanath Rai. N A Haris, MLA Shanthinagara, Bangalore will release the book. U T Khader, MLA Mangalore, Harikrishna Punaroor, former president of Karnataka Kannada Sahitya Parishath, Eric Ozario, former president of Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy and Muhammad Badruddin, member, KPCC will be the chief guests.

Beary Nasihath Majlis is a new exercise in the cultural history of Beary language. The programme is aimed at stabilizing the cultural identity of language. Multi-lingual writer Mohammad Baddur will speak on Majlis on the occasion.

Capman Media Makers has been active in 'Beary Movement' for the last few years. It has felicitated Beary poets, writers and others who have come up with remarkable achievements in the society. 'Surmatho Kann', 'Maafi Mushkil', 'Savunchakaro Shale' are some of the productions of Capman Media Makers.
