Poll date leak case: EC to probe only Srivatsa from Congress, not BJP's Amit Malviya

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (DC)

Bengaluru, Mar 28: According to the Election Commission's order setting up an inquiry into the alleged leak of Karnataka poll dates, only the Congress activist Srivatsa B, who heads the party's social media cell in Karnataka will be questioned. While BJP's Amit Malviya will not be questioned or investigated over the alleged leak by the poll panel because the BJP has already explained.

It may be recalled that BJP's IT cell chief Amit Malviya and Srivatsa B, Congress social media in-charge in Karnataka tweeted the May 12 polling date before the Election Commission announced it. The EC immediately said that action will be taken against them.

The poll panel order has asked a six-member committee to enquire form Srivatsa B, regarding the source of information of his tweets on the Karnataka election schedule before its official announcement. The critics have called the inquiry a 'joke' as Malviya's name is not even mentioned in the order.

AICC convenor Priyanka Chaturvedi immediately reacted to the order and tweeted, "Dear EC, while we welcome any investigation to ensure that your credibility is not undermined however find it extremely shocking that IT head of BJP has been absolved even before enquiry begins. This definitely dents your own image and authority."

However, Election Commission says that since Malviya wrote to the poll body explaining the source of his tweet and the letter would be taken as his response. It also said that a BJP delegation met the EC officials with Malviya's letter. The BJP IT Cell chief had also deleted his tweet within moments.

He also wrote to the EC and said that he had based his tweet on television news channel.

Congress too said that Srivatsa’s tweet was also based on a news flash by a local media channel.

Karnataka will vote on May 12 and the counting and announcement of results will be held on May 15.

With such a shamelessly biased EC surely the EVMs will be hacked and BJP will win election and every thing will be white washed by this same EC. In advance we can forecast the Karnataka election results. BJP will win 130 seats with the help of EC.
So democracy is already dead in India !!!!

This time also in Karnataka BJP will win as desired by BJP high command (Shah). GOD save our India.

After opposition parties are gearing up for impeachment in parliament against Chief Justice of India, now it is time to impeachment of Election Commison of India.
Election commison till to date not clarified why the Gujarat election date were not announced till PM Modi's largess, even though Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat election results are going to held on same time.
It has not given any explanation on EVM chips that are imported from Indian based company in USA, which itself is facing charges in court.
It should be noted that in Gujarat assembly elections EC has openly ackonweldeged threre are mismatch in EVM and VVPAT counts. Why autonomous Election commission is counting VVPAT in closed doors, were ballot boxes are counted in open in the presence of all party representatives?
As far as elections date, the serious question is how mass media got know the confidential information even before EC announcement.
In BJP's last Nagpur meet in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh headquarters its president Amit Shah has confidently said that BJP will majority in Karnataka.
Now EC doing partition approach it is no doubt that EVMs will be rigged in mass to give BJP victory in Karnataka thanks to Elections commission. The reports are also emerging that EVM used in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tripura with same serial numbers is going to make magic for BJP in Karnataka.
Election commission of India's credibility is at stake. India's democracy is dead.
I appeal to all Kannadigas to video record individual EVM at booth levels when they go for voting with VVPAT dropping slip. Also kindly take the pictures of EVM serial numbers which are working for BJP in every assembly elections.

Now openly EC admitted that they are corrupt and they are working for money. If you people want to prove that you are non-corrupt, then do unbiased & fair investigation against BJP IT Cell Chief Amit Malaviya who leaked this news with the help of so called another corrupt news channel. Do you guts. Shame on you EC and other puppets of Bhashta Janara Party. People of India, now forget about a fair election in India. Sab Kuch Bik Gaya Hai. In logon ne apni Zameer Bhi Bech Dali. Paise keliye yeh log Bharat Maa ko Bech Denge.

In-between few days ago news was that karnataka election will post pone for certain reason… “and BJP came to know that if Karnataka election will post pone then there will be a chances bring the ballet papers Instead of EVM..” (as karnataka and all over Indian people are getting more time to protect the EVM ballot machine)
and the chances are very high as EC will have to change the rules by force because since all over india people are demanding the same (to bring the ballet papers )… and by chance if EC will bring the ballet papers for election, then BJP can’t do anything (as of now they have only one option that EVM tempering).

Realising that EC has announced the date of election in karnataka immediately, and here 100% sure BJP (The ruling party - Central Govmt.) has instructed to EC and EC has acted according to BJP wish.
