Bengaluru, Mar 31: Convicted AIADMK leader V K Sasikala will be back at Parappana Agrahara prison on Saturday evening, three days before her 15-day parole ends.

Sasikala (61), who is serving a four-year term in the disproportionate assets (DA) case, was granted a 15-day parole on March 20, following her husband M Natarajan's death.

She was staying at her residence in Thanjavur, 350 kilometres from here, since the time she reached there after getting her parole.

It is said that she decided to come back to the Bengaluru prison as all formalities and rituals regarding Natarajan's death came to an end on Friday.

Sasikala left her residence in a convoy of cars to Bengaluru along with her brother V Dhivaharan, AIADMK rebel and T T V Dinakaran and other leaders. She is expected to reach Bengaluru in the evening.
