Chitradurga: FIR registered against Mevani for call to disrupt to PM Modi's rally

Chitradurga, Apr 7: The Chitradurga police on Friday registered an FIR against Gujarat MLA and Dalit leader Jignesh Mevani for allegedly inciting violence in his speech against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The police registered the FIR following a complaint by Chitradurga district unit BJP president K S Naveen.

Earlier in the day, Mevani had urged the Karnataka youth to create ruckus at Modi's rallies in the state to protest against his failure to generate two crore jobs."Biggest role of Karnataka's youth should be to enter Modi's campaign programme in Bengaluru on April 15, throw chairs in the air and disrupt. And then to ask him what happened to two crore jobs," Mevani had said.

"If Modi cannot answer, he should retire and go to the Himalayas," Mevani had added.

The BJP has also lodged a separate complaint with the election commission over the same statement.

Still, it is better for you to know that, wether one vote to Feku or not, once he become PM, he is the pm for the nation not for any one party or he is only the pm for those he vote him I mean CHADDIS!!!     We thank you for referring to us as KAI SEVAKS. We realise our duties as Kai sevaks. God gives kai to everybody. Some do good deeds, some do bad deeds.

    And somesome sections of people use their kai for stripping, raping, burning.

    In the light of the above, at least I hope you do understand why we will not allow OUR MOTHERS, DAUGHTERS, SISTERS, GIRL BABIES to accept your challenge.

    You say....     Once again. To reiterate.. All the stripping, the raping and the burning was done by your fringe outfits groups and not by the Kai sevaks.

    I am a supporter of Congress and I will say it openly. But as an Indian I respect the position of the Prime Minister. But sad that he failed to deliver his promises made during 2014 campaign.

    Moreover, do not forget why PM Modi - the then CM of Gujarat - was denied entry on foreign soil for several years.

    It was mainly because of your obsession to creat repercussions by your fringe groups.
