Beauty with talent is what describes Akshada, a young talent from the heart of Goa, Panjim is blessed with hervoice, smile and eyes, that chairs this amazing being that mesmerizes the world. Akshada has acquired the art of basic singing under the able- guidance of Pt Sudhakar Karandiker for over 4 years.
Akshada performed in places like Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Mumbai, Pune, Belagavi, Honnavar, Sagar, Hubli, Kolkata and Hyderabad. She was awarded as the Best Female Singer 2009 at the prestigious global Konkani music award by Kalaangann Mangaluru. She has graced the musical platform with various eminent Marathi artists like Milind Ingle,Abhijeet Kosambi, Magala and celebrities like Suresh Wadkar, Pankaj Udhas, Jagjit Singh, Mika Singh, and many others. She has received great acclamations from Khadikar, Rajana Joglekar, and Amol Bandekar. She has sung along with Indian pop star Remo Fernandes. She has given her performances in UAE, Muscat and Doha.
Akshada has also released various religious albums like Radhe Radhe, SiddhichaVinayaka, Devi Mhalsa etc and mainstream commercial albums like Akshada Geet, Sparsh Tuzha, Akshada has also done playback singing for movies like EkAss Antarichi, RadonAka and many commercials on radio.
Lavita Lobo
Lavita, a professional recording and live vocalist specializing in commercial, pop and western classical music, hails from the depths of classical genre. She is boosting her musical journey by doing her diploma in music -western vocal major after getting Foundation Certificate –Vocal Major KM Music Conservatory founded by A R Rahman.
She was a playback singer for 2016 Hollywood movie - Lake of Fire released by A R Rahman. She has sung the title track for the famous Serial Naagini being aired on Gemini, Surya and Sun TVs. In 2015, she was a backing vocalist for A R Rahman and Raj Bharath projects. She sang in Bollywood movie ‘Tamasha’. She also composed and sung a theme song for Narendra Modi’s 2014 election campaign and hosted and sung the theme song for a reality show named ‘Mangalore Idol’.
Lavita, popular name in Konkani music too, has rendered her voice in many music albums and Konkani music concerts in India and abroad. She was awarded as the Best Female Singer at the prestigious global Konkani music award by Kalaangann Mangaluru.
