Arresting the gang is no enough. Damage and loss to bar, police charges etc to be recovered from these culprits. Publish their photos in local newspaper at their cost and make them to visit police station every week. Do not allow them to leave the town at least for 10 years so that other rowdy people can learn lesson from this. Give them culprit Identity card valid until they reach 60 years of age and make them to carry with them always like a driving Licence for the driver. Strict action is the solution to reduce the crime.

You get the answer for your question in the comment of RIL, bangalore. These people are doing such acts depending on political godfathers.

Yes, we all want them to be arrested but how? Why they ran when police arrived?? They should have stayed back to face the police.

In such case, moral police should show their gutts and encourage our police force in nabbing them, instead of blaming each and everytime "nidreramayya nidreramayya". Chief minister is not staying in our locality.
These, so called moral police are everywhere, waiting like an eagle ready to pounce on weaker section.

    KR Prabhu,

Who are these who got involved in such incidents - not Bihari/UP but one of us. Meaning, we should ask ourselves, not, the government. No government tells the youth to go and do goondagardi.

Look into your own heart, crime lies within.
