Bengaluru: BJP finalizes list of 80 candidates - likely to release on Apr 16

Bengaluru, Apr 16: BJP, which was waiting for the Congress to release its list of candidates for the assembly election in the state, held a meeting of the Central Election Committee on Sunday April15 at New Delhi. As per information, it has finalized the names of 80 candidates. In all likelihood, this list will be out today.

BJP is closely watching dissent and rumbling within Congress circles as a result of the release of its first list. Reportedly, several Congress leaders who have been deprived of ticket have contacted BJP. V R Sudarshan from Kolar and Prasanna Kumar from Pulakeshinagar here are said to be cozying up to BJP with the expectation of getting ticket from that party.

In many constituencies, many who were refused tickets by the Congress are likely to enter the election fray by revolting against the party. BJP plans to cash in on the opportunity provided by such division of votes by fielding suitable candidates in these constituencies.

    Never want congress to rule us again. They are deliberately using all the means to create fake news around the things done by existing central government.
    if others are asking what the good things BJP has done in last 4 years at center, ask yourself for the good things done by congress in last 65 years at center. Congress people know how to create fake profile like Gandhis and keep people desperate so that they keep ruling us for many years to come.

    I agree that there is scope for improvement in BJP, but I will never like to see existing congress people to lead me or my people.

    BJP's achievements from 2006-2008 & 2008-2013:

    Bellary iron -ore mining scam and loot, land de-notification scam, jail Yatra of Yeddiyurappa and BJP leaders, Operation Kamala/ Horse trading , 2012 porn-in-assembly scandal, Eshwarappa's cash counting machine, 2008 shooting dead farmers in Haveri, 2008 church being targetted across the state, 2012 homestay attacks, 2009 pub attacks, Pak flag hoisting in Sindhagi, Bijapur, Communal conflicts and riots, emptying state exchequer, draught mismanagement, resort politics, 3 C.M's and 2 Deputy C.M's etc.

    BJP's main intention is to expand their Empire nothing else.
    They are judging their worth only by quantitatively and not qualitatively and compare the achievement wherever, they are ruling. Ordinary, common man has no voice or scope to survive. They suck the blood of innocent and try to hide their crimes thinking people will sit quiet. Vote not for name sake but vote with a purpose. Voters should teach right lesson to the wrong political parties.

    BJP think they can hide their crimes, pathetic governance and failures behind their election victories. Election victories cannot cover the failures and the crimes of the BJP. Often we hear BJP leaders say, "people are with us", "we have the mandate" which they think is a licence for them to do whatever they wish to which is why there is chaos and situation is in shambles all over. When will people open their eyes and ears to understand that fantastic speeches and religious emotions will neither bring them jobs or food ? Divine intervention is the need of the hour because the opposition is being very forcefully suppressed by the powers that be.
