Officials can not use mobile phones in meetings with CM, what about unofficial's? Attenders, coffee boy, room boy, cleaners, electricians who are on stand by all the time in Vidhana Savdha and CM's office. I have seen them all the time on mobile phone in the past.

Mr. CM you have only 37 MLA's, you can't call the shots, you are well aware of this. Think about the survival.

Mobile has become necessity but has become nuisense also !
We still remember, during BSY rule, while assembly session was on, with regards to drought relief measures to be undertaken, some of his MLA's were viewing pornography.
