Udupi: Indecent behaviour with female employee – nursery owner arrested

Udupi, Jun 10: A man was arrested for behaving in indecent manner with his woman employee on Saturday, June 10.
Hussein, a resident of Muloor and owner of National Nursery in Uliyargoli, is the person arrested.

Hussein was arrested after a woman, s resident of Mattu, who worked for him, complained about misbehaviour from him.
As per the complaint, the woman was harassed many times in the recent past. On Saturday, Hussein allegedly pulled her hands and misbehaved with her. She phoned her brother who worked in a factory nearby. Her brother took her to the police station at Kaup to complain.

Kaup police swung into action immediately and arrested Hussein.

Hussein has been sent to judicial custody.

    Man arrested after complained lodged from brother of girl not by the girl itself!!! Although the report says she called her brother which should not to be taken into consideration. Why not there counter statement from the accused reported here. Smell something suspecious....

    Neither Congress nor any sane people from my community will support any indecent behaviour from anyone let alone take a morcha to protect a criminal. But if the man was from BD or HRV or VHP or RSS, Shobakka, Simha and the likes would call for a nation wide bandh to protect the criminal like they always do and claim the girl was a cattle traffikers daughter and she had beef in her fridge.

    Shobha will take a morcha only if the girl is hindu and accused is muslim or any other religion. If girl is muslim and accused is also muslim, then Shobha will keep quiet. Also, if accused is hindu and victim is muslim or other religion, then Shobha will go for dharna.

    According to Hadees, A man and woman (who are unrelated to each other) shouldn't be alone in any room because the third person who will be present there will be satan who tries to play mischief.
    If it is not possible to avoid situations where the man and woman are alone in a closed room, it is better to have atleast a CCTV camera. That camera will be like some other person watching them and will prevent such immoral and shameful acts.

    If any women want to take revenge from men they will file false complaint in the police station either harrasing for dowry or sexual exploitation and the police without any enquiry arresting them. This case also may be false as the lady passing time and not doing work alloted to her. Ultimately the innocent mens are sufferer in many cases due to the law is meant for only women.
