Kundapur, Jul 4: Akhila Bharathiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) held a protest in Kundapur on July 4 condemning the rape of eight-year-old girl in Madhya Pradesh.

Protesters in the leadership of ABVP of Bhandarkar's College and B B College expressed anguish against the government.

Students urged for severe punishment to the accused and justice to the family of the victim. They walked in procession on the main roads in Kundapur and protested in front of Mini Vidhana Soudha.

A memorandum to the government urging for severe punishment to the people responsible for the crime was handed over to the tahasildar.

ABVP All College Union secretary, Sukesh Poojary, Roshan Poojary, Karthik Prabhu, Gururaj Kharvi, Vinod and thousands of students took part in the protest.

    The ABVP Student of wing of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh remain silent when 8 years girls from Kashmiri nomad girl raped in temple premises. These are the same nomas who had informed Indian Army about the Pakistan intrusion of Kargil.
    Why there are no protest when BJP MLA in UP CM Yogi government raped?
    Are these girls on the proud of rape of Dera Sacha Sauda 'Pitaji Maafi'?

    These students are future of this nation. Being exploited politically invading to the campus of colleges BJP wanted to create deep rift in the society in the name of religion. If those children's parents don't take the corrective action this innocent will be brainwashed.

    The focus of the young generation should be building nation on education. If they continue protest only future will be Pakora,Chai, Paan, Pickle selling.

    Dear Parents of all religions......Please take care of your children.....hatred is being sowed from all directions.......Teach them the importance of education.....Any politician or celebrity or any party will not provide them jobs/money if they dont have proper education........Also all the education instituitions should strictly bar students from protesting or taking part in any rallies atleast during school hours and that too with uniform.......and please STOP CLASSIFYING CRIMES BASED ON RELIGION....crime is a crime.......punishment should be equal for all.........

    If you want to protest then you guys reserved yourself 365 days for protest against the rapes without attending class without competing your studies, bcz each and everyday rapes happening in India and there is no strict law against rapes. Why not demand implement new law /strict punishment for rape cases death penalty Hang until death?

    In UP BJP MLA’s are enjoying with rapes have you ever come on the road to protest with saffron flag? Have you protested for Kathua case..etc? Are you people blind?.

    Within 2 days two rape cases reported on innocent angels in MP and you guys come on the road protest just for 1 case condemning the rape of eight-year-old girl ? .

    Good awakening of the students. But this is ive awakening or one was held during kathua and unnao case also?

    Many people ask why minority is afraid. Minority is afraid for the ive implementation of justice.

    During kathua, rallies were taken out in support of the rapists. In mp, rallies are against the rapists.

    Support is for the caste, not against the crime. Bitter truth of present bharat maatha.

    A mother never discriminates, except for step children.

    All said, please fight till the rape culture is stopped, don't look at the caste, but at the crime.

    Crime is crime whats over it is.
    Victim should be treated and punished as per law.

    What are these student doing on street! Who did give them permission to come on road and do it.
    Do these kids know the value of education and money (how hard their parents earning)?
    Are these students getting proper education? are they able to understand their future?
    Need to question system of organisation! Need to ask their education trainer?

    Kids please wake up, don't ruin your future!
    Whatever you are doing wont benefit you anything, rather someone else earning!

    Harsh punishment for rapist will come only once their own daughter ,mother or sister are raped. Till then we have to wait and see more rapes happening.

    One rape one protest. For all other protests there is full academic year pending. By the end of 2018, we would have converted the students into mobs for use in 2019 elections. It seems we have shut down the doors of our wisdom for the last few years listening to UP/Bihar. We parents must refrain from blocking our minds with party/religion knots and sacrifice future of our own children for a few selfish leaders.

    Then why was protest held in Mangalore for Kathua & Unnao case, all should have gone to Jammu or UP.
    If ABVP are waste people, then JNU Tukde Team should be awarded with Bharat Ratna.
