Not ONLY Omni, all Maruti car models are fuel efficient as is given to understand.

The outer body of these cars are like cotton. Imagine the condition of these cars when they meet with ghastly accidents - they are mangled beyond recognition, like a sheet of paper crumbled and ready to be thrown in the trash bin. Many victims like Mohammed Muzammil and Kamaluddin have had to pay with their lives just because this car is the cheapest in the Indian market and basically due to its FUEL EFFICIENT features.

I can vouch that till this very date the only sturdy car in our country is the unbeatable gentle Ambassador by the Sindhi automobile giant Hinduja Group (Hindustan Motors) which has an exceptionally massive body. Yes, the only drawback is this car consumes a great deal of fuel - but it is a thousand times more safer than any other 4 wheelers in the country. Even imported cars have still not been able to beat it.
