Udupi, Jul 7: ‘K2’, a commercial complex of city based renowned builder Kirthi Construction was inaugurated at Kunjibettu on Saturday, July 7.
The building was inaugurated by Vinoda Shetty, mother of promoter Sudhir Shetty, in the presence of Seema Shetty, Rajeev Alva, Amritha Alva, Kirthi Shetty, Adithi Shetty, Anvie Shetty and other dignitaries.
Situated at NH 169A, Kunjibettu near Sharada Kalyan Mantapa junction, ‘K2’ is the full-fledged commercial building. The prestigious project consists basement, ground and two- storeys spread over 19,500 sq ft built up area. ‘K2’ is all set to be only the second such project in the landscape of Udupi.
Meanwhile, a full-fledged shopping centre, ‘V2 Fashions’ was also inaugurated on the occasion. The entire building has been taken over by ‘V2 Fashions’. During the programme, promoters of ‘V2 Fashions’ Kailash Prakash and Madan Joshi, store manager Aditya and others were present.
Bookings open for ‘Athena’
Kirthi Construction’s ongoing project ‘Athena’ is strategically located at the idyllic surroundings of Ajjarkad, the new exclusive residential destination of Udupi. Located between St Cecily’s school and Mother of Sorrows Church, it is a few minutes away from Bhujanaga Park and other facilities.
The project has a ground and three storeys consisting of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. There are two apartments in each floor ranging from 1,050 sq ft to 2,150 sq ft built up area.
