Philip Wilfred D’Souza and his wife Irene D’souza who have been married for about 20 years are the owners of the catering service. At present Philip is the chief chef along with his team who stress on making good quality food. “Mangalureans are health conscious and we pay personal attention to the food not only in the kitchen but while buying necessary ingredients as well,” he says.
They do not believe in using any artificial flavouring or taste makers and also avoid using food colour. He is very proud of the fact that they make their own masala powders and take utmost care with the cleanliness and hygiene of the food and water. To ensure that they never compromise on quality, they even have their own piggery farm.
The catering service aims to offer services as per the demands and preferences of the clients covering food and beverage arrangements, dining hall décor and service etc. The service staffs are presentable and courteous while serving and interacting with the guests.
